In the course of the buyer’s offer a concept for the conversion from office building to residential building was prepared.
The Palais Wessely erected by Fellner and Helmer in the year 1891 is a listed, representative two-storey building, originally on three sides freestanding and got an eight-storey annex on the garden-side back in the Sixties.
Preserving the historic substance, the new function of the building gets responded to by means of annex and conversion of the garden wing as well as of the mostly destroyed interior area in the palais.
Via balconies, loggias and terraces every apartement gets assigned south-oriented outdoor areas open towards green space. A pool is located on the roof of the building.
